Krusevac is a industrial and historical town with about 135.000 inhabitants suited in Central Serbia, about 190 kms south from Belgrade and 20 kms from highway Belgrade - Nis - Thessaloniki.
For transport from United Kingdom and Western Europe you can use flights to Belgrade Airport and than bus from Belgrade to Krusevac.
If you prefer low cost companies flights the best solutions are flights to Zagreb or Budapest and then bus transport to Belgrade and Krusevac.
If you flight to Sofia with Wizz Air you need a train or bus connection from capital of Bulgaria to Nis or Stalac (Pojate) and then 12 kms travel to Krusevac.
For guests from region we suggest to use own buses and highway Belgrade - Nis.

Reminder for past Krusevac 7s tournaments

The first Krusevac 7s tournament was held in third week in August 2001, connected for August 19th - The Club Day. Ten teams from Serbia, Australia and Bulgaria took part in. Petar Lujic, Australian with Serbian roots brought invitation side Mekong Pirates from Australia and gave a special flavour on our first event.

Second Krusevac 7s , held 2002, was probably the strongest sevens tournament ever in this part of Europe. Total 16 teams from Fiji, Wales, Romania, Belgie, Bulgaria and Serbia participated in this unique event. RFC Internationals, consisted from Fijians, Irishman and led by manager Pierse Thompson was too strong for opponents.

Winners of 3rd Krusevac 7s were our friends from Belgie - Belgian Barbarians. In second participation they won winners silverware.

Due to some financial problems Krusevac 7s made a three years long break and in 2006 we organize fourth event with teams from Poland, Hungary, Bosnia&Herzegovina,Russia & Serbia. The first time ladies played on Krusevac 7s. In 3 teams competition Moscow Dragons RFC Ladies won.

In 2007 Krusevac hosted guests from England, Bosnia & Hungary. Well drilled on and outside pitch invitation side Badly Packed Kebab, consisted from former U18 players of Bath FC and Leicester Tiger, was supperior.
